Township Hall Rental Fee Change

At the June Board Meeting the Board approved changes to the Hall Rental procedure and policy. The changes are as follows: The $50.00 deposit is now required to reserve your date to rent the hall. When you call to reserve the hall the $50.00 ($100.00 deposit for non West Branch Township residents) deposit will need to be paid before the date is reserved for you. Secondly, if you reserve the hall with your deposit and you cannot use it on the day reserved, a 72 hour notice is required in order to for your deposit to be returned. If there is not a 72 hour notice, your deposit will not be returned; except in the case of an emergency IE: a death in the family or something similar.
